1 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context otherwise requires:

• "il89" or "the Platform" refers to the online casino and sports betting service operated under the domain il89.io, including all associated mobile-optimised interfaces, sub-pages, and services made available through that domain.
• "Player", "you", or "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers with, or uses the il89 platform in any capacity.
• "Account" refers to the personal account created by a Player following successful registration on the il89 platform.
• "Balance" refers to the total funds held within a Player's Account at any given time, including deposited funds, credited winnings, and any bonus amounts subject to applicable wagering conditions.
• "Bonus Funds" refers to any promotional credit awarded to a Player's Account by il89 that is subject to wagering requirements before being eligible for withdrawal.
• "Wager" or "Bet" refers to any stake placed by a Player on a casino game or sports betting market offered through the il89 platform.
• "KYC" refers to the Know Your Customer identity verification process that il89 requires all Players to complete prior to processing withdrawal requests.
• "BDT" refers to the Bangladeshi Taka (৳), the primary transaction currency of the il89 platform.
• "BST" refers to Bangladesh Standard Time (UTC+6), the time zone under which il89 operational hours are measured.
• "Prohibited Conduct" refers to any behaviour listed under Section 8 of these Terms that il89 expressly forbids on its platform.

2 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the il89 platform, creating an Account, or placing any Wager, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with the il89 Privacy Policy and any additional rules, guidelines, or promotional terms published on the platform from time to time.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the il89 platform and close your Account by contacting support at [email protected].

il89 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of those amendments. See Section 14 for the amendment procedure.

3 Eligibility

3.1 Age Requirement

Access to and use of il89 is strictly restricted to individuals who are 21 years of age or older. This age requirement is enforced at all stages of registration and is verified during the KYC process. Any person found to be under the age of 21 will have their Account suspended immediately, all winnings forfeited, and deposited funds returned to the original payment method where technically possible.

3.2 Geographic Eligibility

The il89 platform is designed and operated to serve players located in Bangladesh. Players accessing the platform from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited are solely responsible for determining whether their use of il89 is lawful in their location. il89 makes no representation that the platform is appropriate or lawfully available in jurisdictions other than Bangladesh.

3.3 Single Account Policy

Each Player is permitted to hold only one registered Account on the il89 platform. Duplicate accounts are prohibited. Where il89 identifies multiple accounts registered to the same individual — whether by name, device, IP address, payment method, or any other identifying marker — all accounts except the earliest registered account may be suspended, and any Bonus Funds or winnings accrued through duplicate accounts may be forfeited.

3.4 Self-Excluded Players

Individuals who have voluntarily self-excluded from the il89 platform under the Responsible Gaming programme are not eligible to register a new Account or use the platform for the duration of their self-exclusion period. Attempting to circumvent a self-exclusion by registering a new Account constitutes a violation of these Terms.

4 Account Registration & Verification

4.1 Registration

To access il89's casino games, sports betting markets, and financial services, you must first complete the registration process and create an Account. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your legal full name, date of birth, address, email address, and Bangladeshi mobile phone number.

4.2 Account Credentials

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party. Any action taken using your Account credentials is deemed to have been authorised by you. If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify il89 immediately at [email protected].

4.3 KYC Verification

Prior to processing any withdrawal request, il89 requires all Players to complete the KYC identity verification process. Acceptable documents for KYC verification include:

• National Identity Card (NID) issued by the Government of Bangladesh
• Valid Bangladeshi passport
• Driving licence issued by the Bangladesh Road Transport Authority (BRTA)
• Recent utility bill or bank statement (not older than three months) as proof of address

il89 reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time in connection with a Player's Account. Failure to provide requested documentation within 30 calendar days of the request may result in Account suspension.

4.4 Accuracy of Information

Players must promptly update their Account information if any registered details change. il89 is not liable for any delays in processing deposits, withdrawals, or support requests arising from inaccurate Account information provided by the Player.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Deposits

il89 accepts deposits in BDT via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Deposits are credited to the Player's Account instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider. il89 does not apply currency conversion fees or deposit processing charges.

5.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests submitted by Players who have completed KYC verification are processed within six hours under normal operating conditions. Withdrawals are paid to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where technically possible. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. il89 reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing withdrawal requests that exceed standard thresholds or that exhibit unusual patterns.

5.3 Withdrawal Restrictions

Funds deposited to an Account that have not been wagered at least once on any il89 casino game or sports betting market are subject to a withdrawal review. Bonus Funds are not withdrawable until all associated wagering requirements have been satisfied in full.

5.4 Failed Transactions

il89 is not responsible for failed or delayed transactions caused by technical issues on the part of the payment provider, connectivity disruptions, or force majeure events. In the event of a failed deposit, the Player should contact their payment provider in the first instance before contacting il89 support.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms

il89 offers various bonuses and promotional incentives to registered Players. All bonuses are subject to specific wagering requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, eligible game restrictions, and expiry dates that are published alongside each individual promotion. Players must read the specific terms of each promotion before opting in.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus Funds credited to a Player's Account must be wagered the number of times specified in the applicable promotion terms before any associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal. Wagers placed on games that are excluded from bonus play do not count toward wagering requirements. The list of eligible games for bonus wagering is published within each promotion's terms.

6.3 Bonus Abuse

il89 reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim Bonus Funds and any winnings derived from them if il89 reasonably determines that a Player has abused the bonus system. Bonus abuse includes, but is not limited to, registering multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, exploiting errors in bonus calculations, placing hedged or low-risk bets solely to satisfy wagering requirements without genuine game participation, or providing false information during registration to qualify for promotions.

6.4 Modification and Withdrawal of Offers

il89 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Modifications to an ongoing promotion will not affect Bonus Funds already credited to a Player's Account before the modification date, provided those funds have not yet expired.

7 Betting Rules

7.1 Casino Games

All casino games offered on the il89 platform operate using certified random number generator (RNG) technology that has been independently audited for fairness by accredited third-party testing laboratories. Published return-to-player (RTP) percentages are provided for informational purposes. Individual game results are random and past outcomes do not influence future results.

7.2 Sports Betting

Sports betting markets are offered on events including BPL cricket, IPL, T20 World Cup, Bangladesh Tigers international matches, football, kabaddi, and other sports covered by il89. Odds are subject to change at any time before settlement. In-play odds are updated continuously during live events. il89 reserves the right to suspend, void, or settle betting markets in accordance with the applicable sporting rules for each event.

7.3 Void Bets

A Wager may be declared void by il89 in circumstances including, but not limited to: the event being cancelled or abandoned before the minimum required play duration is reached; manifest errors in published odds; technical failures that result in incorrect odds being displayed; or evidence of match-fixing or corrupt conduct affecting the event. Void Wagers are refunded to the Player's Account Balance at the original stake amount.

7.4 Maximum Winnings

il89 reserves the right to apply maximum payout limits per game, per day, or per event. Current maximum payout limits are published within the applicable game or market information on the platform. Where a winning Wager exceeds the applicable maximum, il89 will pay the maximum amount and cancel the excess.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the il89 platform. Breach of any prohibition in this section may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of Balance and Bonus Funds, and, where applicable, referral to relevant authorities.

• Registering more than one Account on the il89 platform, whether under the same or different personal details.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, KYC verification, or any other interaction with il89.
• Accessing or attempting to access the platform if you are under the age of 21.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place Wagers, access game outcomes in advance, or otherwise gain an unfair advantage over il89 or other Players.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, vulnerabilities, or bugs in the platform to place Wagers or claim winnings that would not otherwise be payable. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of an error are not valid and will be reclaimed.
• Engaging in collusion with other Players to manipulate the outcome of any casino game or sports betting market.
• Using the il89 platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other financially illicit activity.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing il89 staff or other Players through any communication channel.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with any part of the il89 platform, its software, or its underlying technology.
• Using a VPN, proxy, or other IP-masking technology to circumvent geographic restrictions or other platform controls.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the il89 platform — including but not limited to software, game assets, graphics, logos, trade names, text, data compilations, interface designs, and audio-visual elements — is the property of il89 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the il89 platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit copying, reproducing, distributing, publicly displaying, or creating derivative works from any il89 content without prior written authorisation from il89.

Game content and studio branding — including titles from Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi — remains the intellectual property of the respective game studios and is used on il89 under licence. Players may not reproduce or redistribute any game studio content.

10 Privacy & Data Protection

il89 collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection, storage, and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

il89 implements 256-bit SSL encryption across the entire platform to protect data in transit. Player data is stored on secured servers and is never sold or shared with third parties for commercial purposes. Data may be disclosed to regulatory or law enforcement bodies where il89 is legally required to do so.

Players may request access to, correction of, or deletion of their personal data by contacting [email protected]. Deletion requests will be processed in accordance with applicable data retention obligations and may take up to 30 calendar days to action.

11 Limitation of Liability

11.1 Platform Availability

il89 endeavours to maintain continuous platform availability but does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical faults at all times. Scheduled maintenance, unplanned outages, or third-party service failures may result in temporary unavailability. il89 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from platform unavailability, regardless of cause.

11.2 Exclusion of Consequential Loss

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, il89 excludes all liability for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of opportunity, or losses arising from reliance on game outcomes or betting odds.

11.3 Aggregate Liability Cap

Where liability cannot be excluded by law, il89's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player into their il89 Account in the 12 months preceding the date on which the claim arises.

11.4 Force Majeure

il89 shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under these Terms where such failure or delay is caused by events beyond il89's reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, network failures, or other force majeure events.

12 Responsible Gaming

il89 is committed to providing a safe, controlled, and enjoyable gaming environment for all Players. The platform provides the following responsible gaming tools, all of which are available free of charge to every registered Player:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their Account. Once set, a deposit limit takes effect immediately and cannot be increased for a cooling-off period of 48 hours after any upward amendment request.
• Session Time Limits: Players may set a maximum session duration. Once the session limit is reached, the Player is automatically logged out of the platform.
• Cooling-Off Period: Players may request a temporary suspension of their Account for a period of between 24 hours and 6 weeks. During a cooling-off period, login access is blocked and marketing communications are suspended.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who believe they have a gambling problem may request permanent self-exclusion from the il89 platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours. A self-excluded Player may not register a new Account on il89 for the duration of their exclusion period.

13 Account Suspension & Termination

13.1 Suspension by il89

il89 reserves the right to suspend or restrict a Player's Account at any time, without prior notice, where il89 has reasonable grounds to believe that the Player has breached these Terms, is engaged in Prohibited Conduct, or where suspension is required for security, fraud prevention, or regulatory compliance purposes.

13.2 Termination by il89

il89 reserves the right to permanently close a Player's Account in the event of a confirmed breach of these Terms. Upon termination for cause, il89 may forfeit any Bonus Funds or winnings associated with the breach. Any genuine deposited Balance that is not subject to forfeiture will be returned to the Player's original payment method within 30 calendar days of the termination decision.

13.3 Voluntary Closure

A Player may request closure of their Account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining Balance will be processed for withdrawal to the Player's registered payment method, subject to standard KYC verification and withdrawal processing times. Voluntary closure does not affect any obligations incurred by the Player prior to closure.

14 Amendments to These Terms

il89 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where a material change is made to these Terms, il89 will publish the updated Terms on this page with a revised effective date. Players are responsible for reviewing the Terms periodically.

Continued use of the il89 platform after updated Terms have been published constitutes the Player's unconditional acceptance of those updated Terms. If a Player does not agree to any amendment, they must immediately cease using the platform and request Account closure.

15 Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms & Conditions are written in the English language. In the event of any inconsistency between a translated version of these Terms and the English version, the English version shall prevail.

il89 operates as an online gaming platform serving the Bangladesh market. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through the il89 customer support process should be submitted in writing to [email protected], marked clearly as a formal dispute. il89 will acknowledge formal disputes within five business days and endeavour to resolve them within 30 calendar days.

Nothing in these Terms limits any statutory rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws in Bangladesh.
